NOxMASTER™ NOx Reduction >99%

The reduction process is called “Selective” as it only targets the NOx emissions of the exhaust stream, using the reagent (AdBlue) and the SCR Catalyst. However, within our SCR designs we also offer Diesel Particulate Filters & Oxidation Catalysts when required.

We take the raw NOx value from the engine, and we can then reliably reduce this NOx by 99%!

This high level of NOx reduction is achieved through:

Controlled Atomised Injection of Urea - Ultra efficient dosing system
Efficient Mixing in the Exhaust Stream - Using complex static mixers
Vanadium Coated Catalyst Surface - Bespoke designed reactor

Zero Ammonia Slip

Using precise controls of the AdBlue injection we stop any ammonia slip through the SCR system.

Using our catalyst sizing, dosing management, and precise monitoring control, we stop any excess ammonia from being passed through the NOxMASTER™ SCR system.
